Software & SaaS
The tool your business needs but nobody sells.

The short version
Every business eventually hits the limit of spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. When the workaround costs more than the software would, it is time to build. We start with a paid discovery so that nobody commits to a large build on a guess.
What you actually get
- Fixed-price discovery: scope, technical plan and a real budget before you commit
- Working software in stages, not a big-bang reveal at the end
- Your data in your database, exportable at any time
- Authentication, roles and audit trails built in from the start
- Automated tests on the paths that matter
- Documentation written for humans
- Ongoing operation and support once it is live

-
03
Build
Delivered in two-week stages, each one demonstrable.
-
04

Security review, load testing, backup and recovery drills.
-
05

Questions
Straight Answers
Why do I have to pay for discovery?
Because a free scope is a guess, and guesses become the change requests that blow up software budgets. Discovery produces a real specification and a real number. You keep it either way, including if you decide to build with someone else.
Who owns the code?
You own everything built specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing libraries and tooling, and you get a perpetual license to use them as part of your system. It is all written down in the agreement.
What if we need changes after launch?
That is what the Operate plan is for. It includes a monthly block of development hours, and anything larger is quoted separately before work starts.
