A five-page Starter site is $750 and a twelve-page Business site is $1,500, both a fixed one-off project fee. Anything larger — e-commerce, bookings, member areas — is scoped and quoted before it is priced. The full list is on the pricing page.

Two to three weeks for a Starter site and four to six for a Business site. Custom work gets its timeline agreed in the scope. The single biggest cause of delay is content — if you are supplying the words and photos, be honest with yourself about when they will be ready.

No. Every monthly service is month to month. Cancel by emailing us and it ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. No retention call, no cancellation fee, no minimum term unless your quotation says so in plain language.

You do, on final payment — the code, the content, the domain and the accounts. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and you get a permanent license to use them as part of your site. It is written into the Terms.

Because a price behind a form is a way of collecting your contact details, not a way of helping you decide. Ours are published, and so is what they exclude. Every plan is countable too — page counts, post counts, revision rounds — so there is something specific to hold us to.

Yes. A significant part of what we do is aimed at Australian businesses, because our working day on UTC+8 overlaps theirs. Australian businesses see — and pay — our own Australian-dollar prices; everyone else pays in US dollars. There is a page explaining how that works.
