What the Price Does Not Include
Every agency has pass-through costs. Most of them bury it. Here is ours, up front.

Advertising Spend
Money paid to Google, Meta or any other platform goes straight to them, is billed separately, and is never marked up by us.

Domain Registration
Charged at cost. Domains and their renewals are non-refundable once purchased, because the registry will not refund us.

Third-Party Licenses
Paid plugins, themes, fonts, stock imagery and SaaS subscriptions are passed through at cost and always agreed with you first.

Sales Tax
Prices exclude any sales, use, VAT or GST that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for those where they apply.

Your Bank's Fx Fees
We charge in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, the conversion rate and any foreign transaction fee are set by your bank, not by us.
Paying us
How Billing Works
Accepted Methods
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by our payment provider, or bank transfer for larger projects. We never see or store your full card number.
Project Work
A deposit before we start, the balance on delivery, exactly as set out in your written quotation. No invoice ever arrives as a surprise.
Monthly Services
Billed in advance of each period. Cancel by email at any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Price Changes
At least 30 days written notice before any recurring price rises. Cancel before it takes effect and you are never charged the new rate.
