Software We Build, Host and Run Ourselves.
Besides the services we sell, we build our own subscription products — small, focused tools that run on servers we manage.
How We Run Them
The Rules Our Products Run By
Our products are held to the commitments already written into our Terms of Service.
Run on Servers We Manage
The products themselves run on servers we manage. Where one relies on an outside service — an AI model provider, a phone carrier, our payment provider — our Privacy Policy lists it by what it does and the country it is in.
Month to Month, Cancel by Yourself
No minimum term unless a plan says otherwise in plain language, and cancellation is a button inside the product — never a support ticket you have to argue through.
The Price You See Is the Price
Published on the product page, charged in US dollars (Australian dollars for Australian clients), with at least 30 days written notice before any increase. Cancel before it takes effect and you never pay the new rate.
Your Data Is Exportable, Always
A full export of your own data, in a standard format, on request and at no charge. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Backed Up and Patched
Nightly off-site backups with tested restores, and security updates applied on a schedule — the same standard as our managed hosting plans.
Built for a Problem We Can Name
Every product we build starts from a specific job a small business has to get done and cannot easily buy — a missed call, a site nobody is watching. That is a better brief than a market-sizing spreadsheet.
If You Need Something Specific
We Build These for Other People Too
Most businesses do not need a new SaaS product — they need one specific tool that does not exist, or exists badly. That is a custom software engagement rather than a subscription, and it starts with a paid discovery so nobody commits to a large build on a guess.
You keep the code, the data and the specification either way. There is no price list for this one, because no two of these jobs are the same shape — tell us what it has to do and you get a fixed number in writing before anything starts.
Tell Us What Is Broken.
We Will Tell You What It Costs.
No discovery call that turns into a pitch deck. Describe the problem and you get a straight answer, a fixed price and a timeline — usually within 1 business day.
Or stop quoting it one job at a time — MultiTasker One puts everything we do on one monthly plan from $1,450 a month.
