Accessibility Statement

Effective August 30, 2026 · Last reviewed August 30, 2026

MultiTasker LLC is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or switch devices. We build accessibility in from the start rather than bolting it on, and we hold the sites we build for clients to the same standard.

The Standard We Build To

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. On this website that means, concretely:

  • semantic HTML with correct landmark regions and a single logical heading order on every page;
  • every function reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
  • a skip link to the main content as the first focusable element;
  • text and interface colors checked against WCAG contrast ratios in both the light and dark themes;
  • a layout that reflows to a 320px viewport without horizontal scrolling or loss of content;
  • form fields with persistent visible labels, and errors announced to assistive technology rather than shown only by color;
  • no information conveyed by color alone;
  • all decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology, and meaningful ones described;
  • full respect for the operating system’s prefers-reduced-motion setting — every animation on this site stops when you ask it to;
  • a light and a dark theme, both of which meet contrast requirements, remembered between visits.

If JavaScript Is Unavailable

The site is readable and navigable without JavaScript. The interactive estimator and the inquiry form both degrade: the estimator points you to the full published price list, and the inquiry form falls back to a standard form submission. No content is hidden behind a script.

Known Limitations

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist:

  • This statement is based on our own testing — keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom to 400%, forced-colors mode and automated audits. It has not yet been reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor or by a panel of assistive technology users.
  • Long legal documents are dense by nature. If you would find a plain-language summary of any of them useful, ask us and we will write one for you.

Reporting a Problem

If you hit a barrier on this site, or you need information from it in a different format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over a call — email hello@multitasker.llc with the page address and a description of what happened.

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to respond substantively within 5 business days. Where a fix will take longer than that, we will provide the content you need in an accessible form in the meantime, and tell you when the fix is expected.

Accessibility in the Work We Sell

Every website we build is delivered to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, at no extra charge. We do not treat accessibility as an optional upgrade, because it is a legal exposure for our clients in both the United States and Australia, and because excluding people from a website is a poor way to run a business.

If you need a formal conformance report, a VPAT, or an independent audit for procurement purposes, we can arrange one — email hello@multitasker.llc.
