Hosting & Care
Someone whose actual job is making sure your site is up.

The short version
Cheap hosting is only cheap until the day it goes down and there is nobody to call. Our plans exist so that updates get applied, backups are actually tested, and a real person answers when something breaks.
What you actually get
- Uptime monitoring with alerts we act on, not just log
- Security patching applied and verified, not left to auto-update and hope
- Nightly off-site backups with restores tested regularly
- Free TLS certificates, renewed automatically
- Server-level firewall and abuse filtering
- Choice of US, European or Australian data location
- A named person to email, with a published response time
How it runs
No Mystery About What Happens Next.
-
01
Migrate
We move the site, test it on a staging URL, and only then switch DNS. No downtime, no surprises.
-
02
Harden
Firewall, TLS, patching schedule and backup routine set up on day one.
-
03
Watch
Uptime and performance monitored continuously.
-
04
Maintain
Updates applied on a schedule, tested on staging first.
-
05
Support
You email a person, not a ticket queue robot.

Questions
Straight Answers
Where is my site physically hosted?
You choose: the United States, Europe, or Australia. Australian clients usually pick Australia for latency and for data-residency reasons. We will tell you which is best for your audience.
What happens if my site goes down at 2am?
Monitoring alerts us automatically. On the Priority plan that triggers an out-of-hours response. On other plans we act at the start of the next business day — we would rather tell you that plainly than promise 24/7 and not deliver it.
Can I leave and take my site with me?
Yes, at any time, and we will help you move it. Your site, your data, your domain. There is no exit fee and no hostage-taking.
