Yes, in the circumstances set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel before work starts and you get everything back; cancel partway and you pay only for work done and costs already committed; if we deliver something that does not match the agreed scope, we fix it or refund it.

Not without at least 30 days written notice, and never retroactively. If you do not accept an increase you can cancel before it takes effect and you are never charged the new rate.

No. Every monthly service is month-to-month. Cancel by emailing support@multitasker.llc and it ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. No retention call, no cancellation fee, no minimum term unless your quotation explicitly says so in plain language.

You do, once the final invoice is paid. That includes the code, the content, the domain and the accounts. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and you get a permanent license to keep using them as part of your system.

We help you go. Within 30 days of the end of an engagement we will provide an export of your data and content in a standard format, and hand over the accounts. There is no exit fee.

No. MultiTasker LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. We work with a lot of Australian clients because our team sits on UTC+8, which overlaps the Australian business day — but we will never pretend to be a local company.

Yes. Australian hosting is available and is usually the right choice for an Australian audience, both for speed and for keeping data in-country.

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm UTC+8. That is a full working day overlap with Perth, and roughly six hours with Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

No. Our prices exclude sales tax, VAT and GST. As a US supplier we do not currently charge Australian GST. Whether you have a reverse-charge or other obligation depends on your circumstances — please check with your accountant.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google controls the results page, not your agency. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and that we agree the measures of success with you in writing before we start.

Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic movement usually takes three to six months, and longer in competitive markets. We tell you that before you sign, not after.

We map every existing URL to its new equivalent before launch and monitor Search Console afterwards. Losing rankings at launch is a preventable mistake, not an inevitability.
