Straight Answers
Do you use our photos or make new ones?
Both. We will use anything good you already have, and produce graphics and edits to fill the gaps. If you need original photography or video shot on location, we will tell you honestly and help you arrange it.
Who replies to comments and messages?
We do, on weekdays, using a response guide we agree with you. Anything sensitive, technical or commercial gets escalated to you rather than guessed at.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Management is included in the fee above; the money you give to the platform is billed separately and goes straight to them. We never mark up ad spend.
