Terms of Service

Effective August 31, 2026 · Last updated October 2, 2026 · Version 3.0

Read section 23 and section 28. They limit what we can be made to pay you, and they set where and how quickly a dispute has to be brought. Nothing else on this page changes those two.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Site and to every engagement, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise. Where a written quotation conflicts with these Terms, the quotation wins for that engagement only.

1. Who We Are

MultiTasker LLC (“MultiTasker”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

We operate the website at multitasker.llc (the “Site”) and supply web development, search engine optimization, social media management, web hosting and software development and operation (together, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, contacting us, accepting a quotation, paying an invoice, or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or the Services.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization. If you turn out not to have that authority, you accept these Terms personally.

No purchase order terms apply. Any terms you put forward in a purchase order, vendor portal, onboarding form or similar document have no effect and are expressly rejected, even if we sign or acknowledge that document, unless a member or manager of MultiTasker authorized to bind it agrees to them specifically and in writing.

3. Definitions

  • Client Materials — anything you supply or ask us to use: text, images, video, logos, fonts, data, credentials, accounts and third-party licenses.
  • Deliverables — the specific items a Quotation says we will produce for you.
  • MultiTasker Materials — anything we owned, licensed or created before or outside your engagement: our code libraries, frameworks, tooling, components, templates, processes, know-how and anything derived from them.
  • Quotation — a written scope, price and timeline issued by us and accepted by you. A plan you choose and accept in the client portal or at checkout (such as a Findable, Tilly or Buildable plan) is a Quotation too: its scope, price and terms are the ones shown to you when you accepted it.
  • Recurring Services — anything billed on a repeating period, such as SEO, social media management, hosting or a support agreement.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Services are offered for business use. We do not knowingly deal with consumers for personal, household or family purposes, and nothing here is intended to limit any right you may have that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for information. You may not scrape, mirror, resell, frame or systematically extract it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else's use. Prices, inclusions and descriptions on the Site are published in good faith and may change at any time before you accept a Quotation.

An obvious error is not an offer. Where a price or inclusion on the Site is manifestly wrong — a mistyped figure, a missing digit — we may correct it and decline to supply at the wrong figure, even after an order, and we will refund anything already paid on that basis.

6. The Services We Provide

We supply only what a Quotation lists. Anything not listed is out of scope, whether or not it was discussed, implied, assumed or shown in an example. Where a Quotation is silent, the narrower reading applies.

We may use subcontractors, employees and third-party platforms to perform the Services. We remain responsible to you for the work we deliver, and you have no contractual relationship with anyone we engage.

7. Quotations, Scope and Change Control

The price we quote is fixed for the scope we quote. Before work begins you receive a Quotation setting out scope, price, timeline and payment terms. That price does not move unless the scope changes and you approve the change in writing.

A Quotation is valid for 30 days from issue and lapses after that. It is an invitation to proceed, not a binding offer, until we confirm acceptance.

Change control. Any request outside the agreed scope — additional pages, additional revision rounds beyond those included, new functionality, a changed design direction after approval, a new platform, or re-work caused by information you gave us that turns out to be wrong — is a variation. We will tell you before doing it, quote it separately, and it does not start until you approve it in writing. We are not obliged to accept a variation.

Revision rounds included in a Quotation are consolidated rounds: one collected set of feedback per round. Feedback delivered piecemeal, or feedback that reverses a choice you previously approved, may be treated as an additional round.

8. Fees, Invoicing and Late Payment

  • All fees are in United States dollars (USD), except that clients in Australia are quoted, invoiced and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Tilly is the exception to that exception: it is priced and charged in USD everywhere, Australia included, from prepaid credit, as section 5.7 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out. The currency is shown with every price and on every invoice. Fees exclude any sales, use, VAT, GST or similar tax, which is your responsibility.
  • Project work is invoiced as a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery, unless the Quotation says otherwise. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full; after that it is applied to the work performed and the costs we have committed, and any part of it not used up that way is refunded, as section 4 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out. We are not obliged to begin, or to continue, until a due invoice is paid.
  • Recurring Services are invoiced in advance of each period.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise.
  • Automatic payment. If you keep a card on file in the client portal, you authorize us to charge it for every invoice we issue you, on the day it is issued, including any invoice still open when you add the card. If a charge fails we email you a link to pay and try the card again 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after the invoice date. Adding a card takes a small card check that is credited to your account, as described in section 5.5 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can remove the card at any time in the portal; invoices are then emailed to you with a link to pay.
  • Bank fees, card surcharges, currency conversion and any foreign transaction fee are yours. Amounts received must be the full invoiced amount.

Late payment. Overdue amounts carry interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law if lower, accruing daily from the due date until paid. You are also liable for our reasonable costs of recovery, including collection agency fees and legal fees. We may apply payments to the oldest outstanding invoice first.

No set-off. You must pay in full without deduction, set-off, counterclaim or withholding of any kind. A dispute about one item does not entitle you to withhold payment of any other.

Price changes. We may change the price of a Recurring Service you already have on 30 days written notice: we email you the new price, the date it starts and how to cancel, 30 days before the first invoice that carries it. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before that date and you will never be charged it. Continuing after the effective date is acceptance. A price reduction may apply sooner.

9. Recurring Services

Recurring Services run month to month unless a Quotation states a minimum term in plain language. They renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled.

You can cancel by emailing support@multitasker.llc, or, for a plan you manage in the client portal (Findable, Tilly, MultiTasker One and Buildable), with the Cancel button there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no retention process. Periods already begun are not refunded or pro-rated for a change of mind or for time you did not use. This does not limit the rights described in section 12 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a plan starts with a trial, it becomes a paid Recurring Service automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, as set out in section 5.3 of that policy. For Tilly that means Pay as you go: your card is taken up front and checked with a US$2 charge kept as Tilly credit, and when the trial ends the monthly fee and your calls come out of that credit, with your card charged automatically to top it up.

Tilly credit and part months. Pay as you go starts with a first payment of at least US$40 by card, which goes onto your Tilly credit and is not paid back as cash (except as said below): the first month’s fee comes out of it the day your number is connected, and the rest is call credit. Tilly’s monthly fee is charged in full for any part of a calendar month, including the month your number goes live; it is not pro-rated. If you cancel Tilly, credit left on your account when your service ends is forfeited and not paid back as cash. It is refunded instead if we close your account or stop providing Tilly for any reason other than your breach of these Terms. If you cancel before your number is ever connected, nothing is forfeited: everything you paid (your first payment or a trial’s card check, and any top-ups) is refunded in full to your card, including any tax Stripe added. This does not limit any refund the law requires, as section 5.7 and section 12 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy set out.

Reminders and confirmation. Once a year we email you about each Recurring Service you have with us: what it is, what it costs and how often, and a link that cancels it with one button and no sign-in. A service billed yearly or less often is also reminded 30 days before it renews. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Where a Recurring Service includes an allowance — hours, posts, pages, content pieces — the allowance is per period, is not cumulative, and expires unused at the end of the period.

9.1 MultiTasker One

MultiTasker One is a Recurring Service under which you may submit an unlimited number of work requests, and we work a fixed number of them at any one time — one on the One plan, two on One Duo. Unlimited refers to the number of requests you may submit and the number of revisions you may ask for within a request’s original brief. It does not mean simultaneous delivery, and no term of this agreement should be read as promising it.

Turnaround. We publish a target turnaround for each request size at multitasker.llc/one/. Targets are measured in business days within our published working hours, and are suspended for any period during which the request is awaiting information, materials, access or an approval from you. Requests we assess as larger than approximately one working day are divided into stages, each carrying its own target, and the division is shown to you before work begins.

Service credit. Where we deliver a request after its target and the delay was not attributable to a period awaiting you, we will credit one week of your then-current monthly fee against your next invoice. The credit is applied automatically by our systems and you do not need to claim it. Credits in any one billing period are capped in total at one month’s fee. This credit is your sole remedy for a missed turnaround target, and targets are not guarantees of delivery dates for the purposes of section 21 or section 22.

Pausing. You may pause the subscription at any time from the client portal. Billing stops on the day you pause. Whole days remaining in the period you have paid for are recorded and applied to defer your next invoice when you resume; they do not expire. Work in progress returns to your queue and is not lost.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from a button in the client portal, without contacting us and without any retention step, as well as by email under section 9. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term unless a Quotation states one in plain language, and there is no cancellation fee.

Ownership. Section 14 applies as you go rather than at the end of a term: work delivered under an active subscription becomes yours on delivery, and remains yours after cancellation. We do not disable, withhold or reclaim delivered work because a subscription has ended.

Scope and fair use. A subscription covers one business and the websites, profiles and accounts it owns. The inclusions and exclusions published at multitasker.llc/one/ form part of these Terms, including that advertising spend, third-party licenses and costs, video production, photography and print design are not included. Reselling or white-labeling the subscription to third parties requires our prior written agreement.

9.2 Buildable

Buildable is a Recurring Service under which you describe what you want built and our AI builder builds it, with a MultiTasker engineer reviewing each delivery. The fair-use terms published at multitasker.llc/buildable/ form part of these Terms, including that the builder works one request at a time and that its working time is capped for each request and for each month. A monthly allowance is not cumulative and resets on the first day of the next month; while it is used up, new requests wait but an engineer still answers you.

Engineer review. No delivery is released to you until an engineer has checked it against your request. We aim to answer questions and change requests within one business day during our published working hours. We do not publish or promise a delivery time for any request.

AI-built work. Deliveries are produced with an AI model and reviewed by a person. Review reduces errors but cannot rule them out. You are responsible for testing a delivery in your own setting before you rely on it, publish it or use it with real customers, money or data. Sections 21, 22 and 23 apply to Buildable deliveries in full.

What you ask for. Requests must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline or stop any request that does not, or that would require access to systems or data you are not authorized to give us. Do not paste passwords, private keys or payment card details into a chat. What you send is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership and cancellation. Section 14 applies on delivery: a delivery released to you in a month you have paid for is yours, and remains yours after cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the client portal or by email under section 9. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. A subscription covers one business; building for your own clients requires our prior written agreement.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before work begins; where you cancel mid-project you pay for work performed and for costs we have already committed, and anything you have paid above that, deposit included, is refunded; and third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domains, licenses, advertising spend — are never refundable, because they are not refundable to us. None of this excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees or other rights described in section 12 of that policy.

11. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • provide Client Materials, approvals, feedback and access promptly and in a usable form;
  • nominate one person with authority to give approvals and make decisions, and to tell us in writing if that person changes;
  • keep your own copies of anything you give us;
  • maintain your own accounts, credentials and payment methods with the relevant third parties, and keep them secure;
  • comply with our Acceptable Use Policy; and
  • review Deliverables promptly and tell us about any defect within the acceptance window in section 13.

We are not responsible for any delay, cost or loss caused by your failure to do any of the above, and timelines extend accordingly.

12. Delay, Approvals and Dormant Projects

Timelines are estimates and depend on you. A timeline in a Quotation assumes we receive what we need when we ask for it. Every day of delay on your side moves the delivery date by at least the same amount, and may move it further where we have had to re-schedule other work.

Deemed approval. If we ask for a decision, an approval or feedback and you do not respond within 10 business days, we may treat the item as approved and proceed. Reversing a deemed approval afterwards is a variation under section 7.

Dormant projects. If a project is stalled on your side for more than 60 consecutive days and you have not answered two written reminders from us, we may invoice all work performed to that point and treat the project as suspended. If it is stalled for more than 90 consecutive days, we may treat it as canceled by you, invoice the balance of work performed, and archive or delete working files. Restarting a suspended or canceled project is a new engagement, quoted at our then-current rates, and may require a re-mobilization fee.

13. Delivery and Acceptance

When we deliver a Deliverable you have 10 business days to test it and notify us in writing of any material failure to meet the agreed scope. We will correct any properly notified failure at no charge.

A Deliverable is deemed accepted at the earlier of: the end of that window without written notice; your written approval; or your use of it in production. After acceptance, changes are chargeable, except that a failure to conform to the agreed scope that you tell us about within the 30-day warranty in section 21 is corrected at no charge.

A defect does not include a change of mind, a matter of taste, a request outside the agreed scope, or a fault caused by Client Materials, by a third-party platform, or by changes made by you or anyone else after delivery.

14. Intellectual Property

You own the Deliverables once you have paid for them in full. On receipt of cleared funds for all amounts owing under the relevant engagement, we assign to you all right, title and interest in the Deliverables created specifically for you, together with the content, the domain and the accounts.

Until then we own everything. Before payment in full, all rights in the Deliverables remain ours. Any use of them before payment is unlicensed, and we may require you to stop using them and to remove them from any live environment.

MultiTasker Materials are never assigned. We retain all right, title and interest in MultiTasker Materials. On payment in full we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MultiTasker Materials solely as incorporated in the Deliverables. That license does not permit you to extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute them separately.

Nothing stops us from re-using the general skills, knowledge, techniques and non-client-specific components we develop or apply in the course of your engagement.

15. Your Content and Your Warranties

You represent and warrant, on a continuing basis, that:

  • you own or are properly licensed to use all Client Materials, and you grant us the license we need to use them to perform the Services;
  • Client Materials do not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • Client Materials are not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or deceptive, and comply with all advertising, consumer protection and industry rules that apply to your business;
  • you hold every consent, license, registration and disclosure your industry requires; and
  • any personal information you give us was collected lawfully and may lawfully be given to us and processed for the purpose.

We do not review Client Materials for legal compliance and have no duty to do so. Responsibility for what your website and your marketing say is yours.

16. Third-Party Services and Materials

The Services depend on third parties we do not control — search engines, social platforms, payment providers, registrars, data centers, plugin and theme authors, APIs and advertising networks. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, policy changes, price changes, account suspensions, algorithm changes or discontinuation, and none of those is a breach by us.

Third-party licenses, domains, paid plugins, stock media and advertising spend are passed through at cost and are your responsibility to renew. Advertising spend goes directly to the platform, is billed separately, and is never marked up by us.

17. Hosting, Backups and Data

Where we host for you, we take backups on the schedule described in the relevant plan and test restores periodically. Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for keeping your own independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for loss of data, and our total liability in connection with data loss is limited as set out in section 23.

We may migrate your site between servers or providers, apply security patches, and take a site offline temporarily where necessary to protect our infrastructure or other customers. We will give notice where it is practical to do so.

On termination we will, on written request made within 30 days, provide one export of your data and content in a standard format, at no charge and within 30 days of your request, and assist with a reasonable handover. After those 30 days we may delete it, but not while a request you made in time is still being met.

18. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only to perform or receive the Services, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiver, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law — in which case the receiver will give notice where lawful.

Our Quotations, pricing structures, proposals and methodologies are our confidential information. You may not share them with a competitor of ours.

19. Publicity and Portfolio

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may identify you as a client, describe the work at a general level, and display the Deliverables in our portfolio, case studies and marketing, including your name and logo for that purpose. We will not disclose your confidential information in doing so, and we will stop on written request.

20. Non-Solicitation

During an engagement and for 12 months afterwards, you will not directly or indirectly solicit for employment or engagement any of our personnel or subcontractors who worked on your account, other than through a general public advertisement not directed at them. If you do, and they leave us, you agree to pay us a fee equal to 30% of that person's first year total compensation as a genuine pre-estimate of our recruitment and disruption cost.

21. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that we will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill, and that Deliverables will materially conform to the agreed scope for 30 days after delivery. That is the only warranty we give.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, everything else is excluded. The Site, the Services and the Deliverables are otherwise provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any defect will be corrected.

Rights you keep. The warranty in this section is in addition to the other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the Services, and nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that the law does not allow to be excluded. If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; section 12 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out what they entitle you to.

Our warranty does not apply where the issue arises from Client Materials, from a third-party platform, from changes made by anyone other than us, from your failure to apply an update we recommended, or from use outside the agreed purpose.

22. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee outcomes and no one honestly can. Search rankings, traffic, impressions, engagement, leads, conversions, sales and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search and social platform algorithms, your competitors, your market, your pricing and your own operations.

Nothing said in a meeting, a proposal, an example, a case study or a marketing document is a promise, a forecast or a warranty of any result. Any figure we illustrate is an example, not a target. We are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on an expectation of a result.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services, the Deliverables, the Site and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, data or data use, however arising and even if we were advised such loss was possible.
  • We are not liable for loss caused by third-party platforms, by Client Materials, by your acts or omissions, or by anything outside our reasonable control.
  • Each limitation applies separately. If one is held unenforceable, the others stand.

These limits reflect a deliberate allocation of risk that is reflected in our pricing. Without them the Services would cost materially more. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law.

24. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MultiTasker, its members, officers, employees and subcontractors from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Client Materials, including any claim that they infringe a third party's rights;
  • your breach of these Terms, of the Acceptable Use Policy, or of any warranty you give in section 15;
  • your products, services, business operations or marketing claims;
  • your use of the Deliverables after delivery, including any modification made by you or anyone else; and
  • any breach by you of data protection, privacy, consumer, advertising or industry-specific law.

25. Suspension

We may suspend the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and without liability where: an invoice is overdue; you breach the Acceptable Use Policy; we reasonably believe continuing would expose us or another customer to legal, security or reputational risk; or a third-party provider requires it. Suspension does not relieve you of the obligation to pay, and fees continue to accrue during it. We may charge a reasonable reconnection fee.

26. Term and Termination

These Terms apply from your first use of the Site or the Services and continue until terminated.

By you. You may cancel a Recurring Service at any time under section 9. You may cancel project work at any time by written notice, in which case you pay for all work performed to that date plus any costs we have committed. The deposit and anything else you have paid are applied to those amounts, and any balance is refunded, as section 4 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out.

By us. We may terminate any engagement immediately on written notice if you fail to pay an invoice within 14 days of its due date, breach these Terms and do not fix it within 7 days of being asked, breach the Acceptable Use Policy, become insolvent or subject to an insolvency process, or behave abusively toward our people. We may also terminate any engagement for convenience on 30 days written notice, refunding fees paid for work not yet performed.

On termination: all unpaid amounts become immediately due; any license granted to you in MultiTasker Materials continues only if you have paid in full; we may take down anything we host for you after the export window in section 17; and sections 8, 14 to 15 and 18 to 31 survive.

27. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by anything beyond our reasonable control, including act of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, government action, embargo, failure or outage of a utility, telecommunications network, internet backbone, data center or third-party platform, cyber attack, or the unavailability of key personnel through illness. If such an event continues for more than 60 days, either of us may terminate the affected engagement on written notice.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, the Services or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. This choice of law does not take away the protection of any law that applies to you whatever law a contract chooses, such as the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusive jurisdiction. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.

Talk to us first. Before starting any proceeding, you must give us written notice at legal@multitasker.llc describing the dispute and what you want, and give us 30 days to resolve it.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date the cause of action arose. After that it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows a contractual limitation period.

No class actions and no jury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of us waives any right to a trial by jury and agrees that claims may be brought only individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for an engagement is the one published when your Quotation was accepted, except for changes required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk, which apply immediately. For Recurring Services, we email you notice of a material change, with how to cancel, at least 30 days before it takes effect; it takes effect at your first renewal after that, and continuing to use the Services after that is acceptance. The version number and the “last updated” date at the top of this page identify the current version; the “effective” date there is when these Terms first took effect.

30. General

  • Entire agreement. The accepted Quotation, these Terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement between us and replace all prior discussions, proposals and representations. You confirm you have not relied on any statement not set out in them.
  • Order of precedence. An accepted Quotation prevails over these Terms for that engagement; these Terms prevail over any other document.
  • No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it is modified to the least extent needed to make it enforceable, or severed, and the rest stands.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or novate without our written consent. We may assign these Terms, or subcontract our obligations, without your consent, including on a sale of our business.
  • No partnership. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
  • No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us may enforce these Terms.
  • Notices. Notices to us go to legal@multitasker.llc; notices to you go to the email address on your account. Email is valid written notice and is deemed received on the next business day after sending.
  • Electronic acceptance. Acceptance by email, by clicking, or by payment is as binding as a handwritten signature.
  • Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”. These Terms will not be construed against us as the drafter.
