MultiTasker One

A subscription that covers everything we do — web development, SEO, social media, hosting and software — for one flat monthly price of $1,450. You queue as many requests as you like and we work one at a time, with unlimited revisions inside the brief. Managed hosting and Findable Pro are included. There is no minimum term and you can pause or cancel from a button. The full detail is on its own page.

Buy a project if you need one defined thing that has an end — a new website, an audit and the fixes that follow it. It is cheaper that way and we will tell you so rather than talk you up. Subscribe if your list never actually empties: on a subscription nothing is ever re-quoted, so the small jobs that normally sit undone for a year finally get done.

The queue is. Put as many requests in it as you like, as often as you like, at no extra cost. The work is not simultaneous — one request is actively worked at a time, two on One Duo. Anyone promising unlimited requests and unlimited simultaneous delivery for a flat fee is going to disappoint you.

A small request is one business day and a standard one is two to three. Anything larger is split into stages and you see the stages before we start. The clock counts only the time the work is with us — if we are waiting on your content or your approval it stops, and it starts again when you answer.

A week of your plan is credited to your next invoice, automatically, provided the delay was not spent waiting on you. The portal works it out and applies it; you do not have to notice it or ask for it.

Any time, from a button. Billing stops, your queue and files stay exactly where they are, and the days you have already paid for are banked and used to defer your next invoice when you come back. If you have a quiet month we would much rather you paused than paid for nothing.

Working with Us

Send us the problem through the contact form or by email. We reply within 1 business day, usually with questions. Once we understand the scope you get a written quotation with a fixed price, a timeline and a payment schedule. Nothing starts until you approve it.

The smallest fixed-price project on our list is the Starter website at $750. Smaller one-off jobs are quoted individually, and if a website builder would serve you better than we would, we will say so rather than take the work.

The same small team throughout. You will not be sold to by one person and then handed to someone junior who has not read the brief.

That is completely normal. Every service is priced and sold on its own. Nothing is bundled to inflate an invoice, and we will not insist you buy SEO because you asked for a website.

No. There is a team — design, development, SEO and content are different disciplines and different people do them. The name describes the job, not the headcount: a multitasker is a thing that does several jobs at once, which is what the company is. It is also what you contract with, since every quote and invoice is with the single legal entity MultiTasker LLC. There is a longer explanation on the about page.

Money

US dollars for most of the world, and Australian dollars for Australian businesses — our own AUD prices, set by hand, not converted at the day's rate. The site shows the right one for where you are, and you can switch at the bottom of any page. You are invoiced and charged in the currency you signed up in. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate — we never mark it up.

By card — Visa, Mastercard or American Express, through our payment provider. Every invoice arrives in your client portal with a link to pay it by card, or you can save a card there and have invoices charged to it automatically, with a receipt by email. We never see or store your full card number.

Project work is invoiced with a deposit before we start and the balance on delivery, as set out in your quotation. Monthly services are invoiced in advance of each period.

Yes, in the circumstances set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel before work starts and you get everything back; cancel partway and you pay only for work done and costs already committed; if we deliver something that does not match the agreed scope, we fix it or refund it.

Not without at least 30 days written notice, and never retroactively. If you do not accept an increase you can cancel before it takes effect and you are never charged the new rate.

Contracts and Ownership

No. Every monthly service is month-to-month. Cancel by emailing support@multitasker.llc and it ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. No retention call, no cancellation fee, no minimum term unless your quotation explicitly says so in plain language.

You do, once the final invoice is paid. That includes the code, the content, the domain and the accounts. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and you get a permanent license to keep using them as part of your system.

We help you go. Ask within 30 days of the end of an engagement and we provide an export of your data and content in a standard format, within 30 days of your request and at no charge, and hand over the accounts. There is no exit fee.

Yes, and our standard terms already include mutual confidentiality. If your legal team has its own paper, send it to legal@multitasker.llc.

Australia and Timezones

No. MultiTasker LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Australian businesses are a deliberate focus for us because our team sits on UTC+8, which overlaps the Australian business day — but we will never pretend to be a local company.

Yes. Australian hosting is available and is usually the right choice for an Australian audience, both for speed and for keeping data in-country.

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm UTC+8. That is a full working day overlap with Perth, about six hours with Brisbane, and five to six hours with Sydney and Melbourne, depending on Australian daylight saving.

Not on our own invoices: they carry no GST, because MultiTasker LLC is a US company that is not registered for Australian GST. The exception is a Findable subscription, which is sold through our payment provider, and it adds GST at checkout where it applies. Whether you have a reverse-charge or other obligation depends on your circumstances — please check with your accountant.

Findable

Yes, and it does not ask for an email address. It reads up to 10 pages and shows you the five biggest problems with the real fix for each. Nothing is changed on your site. A free account adds a monthly re-check of one site; the paid plans are what watch it every week.

Two things. It keeps watching — a plugin update that adds a noindex tag, a redirect pointing at the wrong page, a certificate about to expire, and you hear about it the same week rather than the quarter after. And it checks whether AI assistants can actually read and cite your site, which the audit tools do not look at.

No. Every finding is written for the person paying, not for an SEO: what is wrong, what it is costing you, and the actual fix. Some fixes need whoever maintains your site — the item tells you exactly what to ask for.

You can say so, but it only closes when the next crawl of your own site agrees. If the problem comes back, the item reopens itself. That is the part a one-off audit report cannot do.

Then it is the SEO service, and Findable Pro is included in MultiTasker One at no extra cost, with the findings filed straight into your work queue.

Results and Expectations

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google controls the results page, not your agency. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and that we agree the measures of success with you in writing before we start.

Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic movement usually takes three to six months, and longer in competitive markets. We tell you that before you sign, not after.

We map every existing URL to its new equivalent before launch and monitor Search Console afterwards. Losing rankings at launch is a preventable mistake, not an inevitability.

Never. It breaches the platforms’ own rules, it is banned for our clients under our Acceptable Use Policy, and it eventually costs more than it earns.

Tell Us What Is Broken.
We Will Tell You What It Costs.

No discovery call that turns into a pitch deck. Describe the problem and you get a straight answer, a fixed price and a timeline — usually within 1 business day.
