No “unlimited” without the limit next to it. These are part of what you agree to when you sign up.
One Request at a Time
Each request is its own chat, and the builder works on one chat at a time — start the next when the last one finishes. That is what lets an engineer review every delivery properly.
A Monthly Building Allowance
The builder's working time is capped for each chat and for each month, so one account cannot use up the service for everyone. Your portal shows how much of this month's allowance is used. If it runs out, new chats open again on the 1st, and your engineer still answers you.
A Request Is One Defined Thing
A page, a feature, a tool, an automation or a fix. A bigger build is split into stages, and you see the stages before work starts.
Every Delivery Is Reviewed
Nothing the AI builds reaches you until an engineer has checked it against what you asked for and tested it.
A Person Replies Within One Business Day
Questions and change requests are answered by an engineer within one business day, during our working hours.
Revisions Within the Brief
Ask for changes until it matches what you asked for. A different brief is a new request, in a new chat.
Third-Party Costs Are Yours
Hosting, domains, app store fees and any paid service your build uses are not included. We tell you before a request needs one, and you pay it at cost or directly.
One Business per Subscription
Buildable covers one business and the sites and accounts it owns. Building for your own clients needs our written agreement first.
