For Australian Business
Two or Three Hours from Sydney. Not Fourteen or More.
Australian businesses are a deliberate focus for us. Not because we claim to be Australian — we are a US company and we say so — but because our working day genuinely overlaps yours, which almost no American agency can offer.
The Practical Difference
What an Overlapping Timezone Actually Buys You
Your Day Overlaps Ours
A question sent during your working day reaches us the same day, before our day ends, not overnight. We reply within 1 business day. With a US west-coast agency, that question sits until their tomorrow — which is your day after.
Meetings at a Civil Hour
Calls happen inside both working days: any time in Perth, and from late morning in Sydney and Melbourne (from midday during daylight saving). Nobody is dialing in at 11pm to talk about a homepage.
Hosting in Australia
We can host your site in an Australian data center. Lower latency for local visitors, and your data stays in-country if that matters to you or your customers.
Australian Search Intent
We optimize for google.com.au, write in Australian English, and target the suburb and city queries your customers actually type.
Simple US Contracting
A Wyoming LLC, priced and invoiced in Australian dollars, no GST on our invoices, straightforward terms. Your accountant has seen this a hundred times.
An Australian on the Build Team
One of our full-stack developers is Australian. Nothing has to be explained twice — not ABNs on an invoice template, not state-based service areas, not why a Perth lead behaves differently to a Sydney one.
No Fake Local Address
We do not rent a Sydney mailbox and call it a head office. You always know exactly who you are contracting with and where they are.
Timezone Math
Our 9–6 Against Your Working Day
We work Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm UTC+8. Here is what that looks like where you are.
| City | Offset from Us | We Start At | Overlap with Your 9–5 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Perth | Same time | 9:00am | Full day |
| Darwin | +1.5 hours | 10:30am | About 6.5 hours |
| Adelaide | +1.5 to +2.5 hrs | 10:30–11:30am | 5.5–6.5 hours |
| Brisbane | +2 hours | 11:00am | About 6 hours |
| Sydney | +2 to +3 hours | 11am–12pm | 5–6 hours |
| Melbourne | +2 to +3 hours | 11am–12pm | 5–6 hours |
| Hobart | +2 to +3 hours | 11am–12pm | 5–6 hours |
Offsets vary by an hour during Australian daylight saving. A US Pacific agency overlaps your business day by about two hours, at the very end of theirs and the very start of yours.
Straight Talk
What We Are Not
We are not an Australian company, we do not have an Australian office, and we are not registered for GST in Australia. Having an Australian on the team does not change any of that, and we are not going to let it imply otherwise. Any agency that rents a virtual address in Surry Hills and calls it a head office is starting your relationship with a lie, and it tends not to improve from there.
What we are is a United States limited liability company whose team sits two or three hours behind the east coast of Australia, depending on daylight saving, one of whom is an Australian full-stack developer. You contract with a US entity, you pay in Australian dollars at our own AUD prices, and you get answers inside your own working day. If you specifically need an Australian supplier for procurement or tax reasons, we are genuinely not the right fit and we would rather say so now.
If You Are in Australia
What an Australian Business Should Ask
Tell Us What Is Broken.
We Will Tell You What It Costs.
No discovery call that turns into a pitch deck. Describe the problem and you get a straight answer, a fixed price and a timeline — usually within 1 business day.
