- Turnaround: small requests 1 business day, standard requests 2–3 business days. Larger work is split into stages shown before it starts. Turnaround counts only time the work is with MultiTasker; it pauses while awaiting the client.
- Included at no extra charge: managed hosting (normally $50/mo) and Findable Pro (normally $79/mo).
- If a turnaround target is missed and the delay was not spent awaiting the client, one week of the monthly fee is credited automatically to the next invoice.
- No minimum term, no setup fee, no exit fee. Can be paused or canceled from a button in the client portal; paused days are banked, not forfeited.

- **Findable** (https://multitasker.llc/findable/): A subscription website checker that watches whether the site is up, whether it has been tampered with, whether Google and the AI assistants can read it, and what any of it is costing — then writes out the fix, ranks it against everything else worth doing, and checks your work on the next crawl. Plans: Free $0/month; Starter $29/month; Pro $79/month; Agency $199/month.
- **Tilly** (https://multitasker.llc/tilly/): Tilly is an AI phone receptionist: she answers the calls you cannot get to, asks what the caller needs, takes their name and number, and puts the inquiry in your dashboard. Plans: Pay as you go $29/month plus $0.45 a minute of talk time. Status: Early Access — sign-ups are open; Tilly is priced and charged in US dollars everywhere. Signing up takes one first payment of at least US$40 by card, which goes onto your Tilly credit (not paid back as cash, unless you cancel before your number is ever connected): the US$29 first month comes out of it the day your Australian number is connected and the rest is call credit, and nothing comes out of it before then. Stripe's payment page adds any tax due where you are: in Australia, 10% GST unless you buy as a business and give your ABN. After that the monthly fee and your call minutes come out of your credit and the saved card tops it up automatically. Optional texts (an alert to your mobile for each call, and a confirmation or text-back to callers) cost US$0.10 per 160 characters from the same credit; texts you receive are free. Calls can also be recorded (announced in the greeting) and kept with each inquiry, at no extra charge. A trial, with a code from us, takes a US$2 card check instead and becomes Pay as you go automatically unless canceled before it ends. The monthly fee is charged in full for any part of a month, including the month your number goes live; it is not pro-rated. If you cancel, credit left when your service ends is forfeited, not paid back as cash, unless we close your account or stop providing Tilly other than for your breach, or the law requires a refund. If you cancel before your number is ever connected, everything you paid is refunded in full to your card instead, including any tax Stripe added.
- **Buildable** (https://multitasker.llc/buildable/): An AI builder you direct in plain words — websites, web apps, internal tools and automations — set up and run by MultiTasker, with a real engineer who reviews every delivery before it reaches you. Plans: Buildable $750/month. Status: Early Access — sign-ups are open in the client portal; the plan is charged to the card on file only from the day the customer's account is switched on (saving the card takes a card check of $2, kept as account credit).
